Anybody recognize this one?
It's smaller than a robin and bigger than a sparrow, and it's very shy. It has made a beautiful nest of fresh green moss way up in the eaves of the second floor of the house. She flies off the nest every time I look up at it.
The closest I've come in bird guides is a Kingbird, but those look more grey than brown. Guesses? Anyone?
*Update 6/21/09: Michelle successfully identified this as an eastern phoebe, mossy nest and all. Thanks, Michelle, and thanks everyone for your help!

At first glance it does look like a sparrow to me... but if you say otherwise, I really can't make a second guess :-)
Kcalpesh,Thanks for the input! It might be a sparrow of some kind, I just don't know. It's more of a thrush size, but doesn't have spots on its breast.
What a sweet looking bird! It looks rather like a thrush to me, but I'm no expert on birds. Love your photo!
Sylvia, that's a good guess too. My son is going to loan me his camera, which has a 12X zoom, so I'll try to get a better shot with that.
Check this out...

Sorry..I think it is an eastern phoebe....

Michelle, I think you found it! Mine looks a little browner than the photo, but the color pattern looks the same and the photo even shows a moss nest. Thanks so much!
It's so cute!
