Fantastic and lovely !! So nice !!
Hooray for hammocks! I have been "landscaping" for years now and so far I have a ton of nothing. Rocks in the wrong place, plants that died or didn't grow as high as they were meant to. DANGIT.
Keep the flag pole AS IS. It adds a little flair to the otherwise tasteful and tailored yard.
I love the house and the list. This year is our yard project.. The front can stay as it is...the back will be mine... brahhaaahahaa....Michelle

News - Add in hard clay soil and that's my yard all over. Why the former owners needed boulders all over the place is beyond me.
